Background

A Core area of our professional service is “Outsourcing” and systems implementation.

We help client in identifying processes which can be outsourced at lesser cost and further system can be designed, customized and implemented once the organization wishes to in-house the same activities.

Our outsourcing team works hand-in-hand with clients to cater their specific requirements.

A challenging assignment was successfully handled by our team in a 2 step approach – first to take ownership from existing service provider with minimum friction and second to initialize it in-house and hand it over the the company’s accounts team.

Problem

We were engaged to assist the Accounts department in day-to-day record keeping work. Management decided to separate ways from JV Partner and decided to go full throttle on its own.

Accounting process was outsourced to a Big 4 Accounting firm. Management wanted to in-house it with minimum friction and sought our help. Challenges were multiple and complicated owing to parallel switchover to ERP system about which the management itself has no experience.

Solution /Approach

Our outsourcing team undertook training of the ERP system and its implementation was undertaken with the company’s employees.

Detailed charting of accounts was carefully mapped in the system and initial data entry and book-keeping work was done for 5 months to achieve confidence in the working mechanism.

With our cost-effective service value, the company was able to save atleast 5 million in professional fees.
